Paintings For Hotels, 2019

Paintings For Hotels, 2019 is a series of canvases where a Wi-Fi password has been painted in acrylic and then covered with the more noble oil paint in solid white. At closer inspection and under certain light, the layer underneath remains visible so that hotel guests can still read the password. The artist proposes the paintings as a solution both as decoration for hotel rooms and as an elegant and sustainable way to provide Wi-Fi passwords to guests.
